G6 Materials launches Breathe+ Pro Advanced Antimicrobial Graphene Air Filtration System
G6 Materials Corporation has announced the launch and immediate availability of the Breathe+ Pro Advanced Antimicrobial Graphene Air Filtration System.
The Breathe+ Pro Advanced Antimicrobial Graphene Air Filtration System removes microbes, dust particles, smog, dander, pollen as well as volatile organic compounds (VOC) from the air. Its antiviral and antibacterial efficacy was reportedly verified by independent tests by The Intertek Group. This patented Graphene Filter is said to remove 99.9% of the pathogenic microorganisms and is optimized for spaces up to 1,500 sq. ft., making it suitable for the home and office.
G6 Materials quarterly revenues up 28% from last year
Graphene developer G6 Materials reported its financial results for Q1 2022 (ended February 2022). The company's revenues were $337,921, up 28% from last year, and the total loss increased 26% to $404,152.
As of February 28, 2022, total assets were $6.9 million. The company says it saw continued strong demand for its innovative formulations, along with impressive customer response to the relaunch of Graphene Supermarket. The company will soon launch its Breathe+ Pro medical grade air purifier product, and together with several major customer deals in the pipeline, it anticipates a very strong quarter.
G6 Materials reports its latest financial results
G6 Materials has published its financial results for the quarter that ended on November 30, 2021. Revenues reached $320,000 (a 6% decrease from the last quarter), while the net loss decreased by 7% to $610,000.
G6M updates that it has recently secured an exclusive five-year supply agreement with an EU-based global microconnector company. G6 shall supply its products for a variety of smartcard applications. The company's subsidiary Graphene Laboratories had also recently entered into a Testing Services Agreement with the U.S. Army Engineer Research & Development Center to assess the ability of graphene oxide materials to solve environmental challenges through the adsorptive removal of contaminants.
G6 Materials announces testing agreement of GO materials with U.S. Army
G6 Materials has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphene Laboratories (GLI), has entered into a Testing Services Agreement (the TSA) with the U.S. Army Engineer Research & Development Center (U.S. Army ERDC) in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
GLI will be assessing the performance characteristics and quality of graphene oxide (GO) materials in order to help solve environmental challenges. Development of GO materials with superior adsorptive capabilities for the removal of complex contaminants will take place, with 10 specific tests to be conducted by the U.S. Army ERDC on GLI’s GO materials. The project will run for an expected time frame of one year.
G6 Materials installs a new pilot-scale graphene oxide reactor
G6 Materials (Formerly called Graphene 3D Lab) has installed a new pilot-scale graphene oxide (GO) reactor at its Ronkonkoma New York facility.
G6M says that the new reactor increases the company’s GO production capacity five-fold. The first batch of graphene oxide from the New Reactor was produced on November 26, 2021.

G6 Materials (Formerly called Graphene 3D Lab) reported its financial results for Q3 2021 (which ended on August 31). The company's revenues in the quarter increased 55% from Q2, to reach $341,134. The increase is attributed to a stable increase in sales.
The company's net loss for the quarter improved by 37% to $571,194. The company's CEO, Daniel Stolyarov, says he is pleased with the increase in revenue, and he expects the company to continue the positive momentum in the future.

The company's revenues reached $1.9 million, a 110% increase from last year. G6M attributes most of its growth to strong demand for its air purification products and graphene-related consulting services.
G6 Materials' comprehensive loss decreased by 6% to $938,600. At the end of the year, total assets grew 407% to $5.9 million.
G6 Materials reports positive test results on its GO-based air purifier tech
G6 Materials has announced the results of an antimicrobial efficacy test on a prototype of its proprietary graphene-based air purifier, conducted by a US-based microbiological laboratory of The Intertek Group. The test reportedly showed that the concentration of pathogenic microorganisms present in the testing chamber was reduced by 99.9% over the duration of the experiment.
Two different pathogens were randomly chosen to be tested under each experiment, which were the E. coli bacteria and the Phi-X174 bacteriophage. The duration of the test was set to two hours.

G6 Materials (Formerly called Graphene 3D Lab) announced its financial results for Q1 2021, with revenues of $263,425 CAD and a net loss of $321,152.
Looking back at the last nine-month period (ended February 28, 2021), G6's revenues were $1.94 million CAD, up 276% from $515,930 in the prior year. The increase in revenues was attributed to consulting services provided to third-party clients, the ongoing sale of the Company’s air purification products and the receipt of a one-time payment as per the terms of a license and option agreement.
G6 Materials announces successful closing of CAD$5.4 Million non-brokered equity financing
G6 Materials has announced that it has closed its non-brokered equity financing previously announced on March 2021. The Company reported that unit offering increased due to "strong investor demand" - from the CAD$5 million initial target, to the final closing of CAD$5.4 Million (around USD$4.29 million).
The closing of this Offering is a significant milestone for G6 Materials as it not only funds our Company for future growth, but it also empowers us to complete the previously announced acquisition of GX Technologies, said Daniel Stolyarov, President & CEO of G6 Materials Corp.
