Cambridge Nanosystems was a start-up company that was spun-off from the University of Cambridge with an aim to supply graphene materials (and also Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes - SWCNT).
The company produced high quality (metal-free) graphene flakes (200-500 nm), with a production capacity of several kg/day. CS was building a new 5-ton factory.
In addition to the graphene flakes, the company developed graphene-based inks and is developing composite materials, mainly for thermal management. In December 2014, we interviewed the company's Chief Scientist.
