Paragraf

UK-based Paragraf was spun-off from the Centre for Gallium Nitride group of Professor Sir Colin Humphreys in the Department of Materials Science at the University of Cambridge to commercialize graphene-based electronic devices.

Paragraf serves the sensor, energy and semiconductor markets. The company produces single-layer graphene (and other 2D materials) materials that are compatible with existing electronic device manufacturing production processes.

In 2019 Paragraf completed a £16.2m Series A funding round.
